June:
Friday Lunches in June -
Each Friday over the winter months, The Friday Express Lunch Series offers a concise weekly changing menu - a focused expression of the season, designed to move with the rhythm of the day. Thoughtful, composed, and quietly efficient.
Throughout June, we’ll be showcasing Portsea Estate and their Back Beach Range alongside the menu.
A boutique family-owned winery, Portsea Estate’s vineyards are located on ancient limestone and volcanic basalt soils shaping wines of clarity, texture and restraint. Led by winemaker and viticulturalist Matt Lugg alongside Will Ross, produces thoughtful, site-driven wines reflective of place and made for the table, underpinned by a commitment to regenerative farming and certification through Sustainable Winegrowing Australia. Recently awarded Best Small Victorian Producer at the 2025 Victorian Wine Show, Portsea Estate was also recognised as a finalist in the 2024 and 2025 Young Gun of Wine Awards.

Mondays - From the Cellar & $4 Oysters
Starting Monday 15 June
Monday nights are From the Cellar.
Each week we’ll open a selection of back vintages, rare allocations and bottles that don’t often find their way onto the by-the-glass list.
A chance to explore something special and start the week with a great glass of wine.
Appellation Oysters, shucked to order and served simply.
Every Monday, $4 each.
Pair them with a Penni Ave Dirty Martini or a glass of Lugg Sparkling and settle into the week properly.
A small expression of tide, season and place.
July:
5 July - Matt Lugg 2022 Vintage & NV Release
Join us on Sunday 5 July as we pour the new non-vintage & 2022 vintage release from Matt Lugg, a small-batch sparkling from the red soils of Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula.
Made in the traditional method and aged patiently on lees, Lugg’s vintage release shows fine citrus, brioche and chalky minerality - a sparkling built with the precision and patience more often associated with grower Champagne.
We’ll be opening bottles from 3pm, spinning vinyl behind the bar and letting the afternoon unfold at its own pace.
Champagne glasses, good records, and a slow Peninsula Sunday
Limited spaces. This is a ticket only event, bookings can be made here

Throughout July, we’ll be showcasing Kerri Greens alongside the menu.
Founded in 2015 by Alsace-born viticulturist and winemaker Lucas Blanck alongside Tom McCarthy, Kerri Greens was born from a shared passion for expressive vineyards, organic farming and thoughtful, hands-off winemaking. Named after a surf break on the wild southern edge of the Mornington Peninsula, the label centres around the regenerated Hickson Vineyard in Balnarring - an old-vine site producing wines of texture, purity and natural intensity. Raised among the vineyards of Domaine Paul Blanck et Fils in Alsace and shaped by time with producers including Zind-Humbrecht and Trimbach, Lucas brings an instinctive vineyard-first approach to the wines, balancing Mornington Peninsula fruit through an Alsatian lens. Today, Lucas and his wife Alyce continue to lead Kerri Greens with a focus on organic viticulture, healthy soils and wines that are honest, unforced and deeply connected to place.
