Expiry

All gift vouchers issued by Orson Dining are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

The expiry date will be clearly stated on the voucher.

Redemption

Vouchers may be redeemed for dining experiences at Orson Dining, 1017 Point Nepean Road, Rosebud only.

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, Cannot be refunded or exchanged and must be used in a single transaction unless otherwise specified

Bookings are essential and subject to availability. Please mention your voucher at the time of booking.

Restrictions

Gift vouchers are not valid for special events (including New Year’s Eve, ticketed events, or private dining functions) unless expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Vouchers cannot be reloaded, resold, or transferred for value.

Lost or Stolen Vouchers

Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced. Please treat your voucher as cash.

Minimum Spend & Balance

If the total value of the bill exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance must be paid at the time of redemption.

Any unused balance remaining at expiry will not be refunded or credited.

 Compliance with Law

These Terms & Conditions comply with the Australian Consumer Law (Competition and Consumer Amendment (Gift Cards) Act 2018).

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
